I’m looking for a hybrid or remote role where I can own billing, collections, and operational workflows—keeping invoices accurate, improving processes, and partnering across teams to resolve issues quickly in a detail-focused environment.

I most recently served as Billing Manager and Office Manager at a law firm in a hybrid on-site and remote role, where I managed full-cycle billing, accounts receivable and payable, trust accounting (IOLTA), payroll processing, new-hire onboarding, and daily office operations. I've also managed my own residential property portfolio remotely since 1999, handling budgeting, lease administration, tenant relations, and financial tracking independently.

My core strengths include accuracy-driven financial operations, compliance oversight, vendor and client relationship management, confidential document handling, and workflow standardization. I'm proficient in legal billing platforms like Clio, CRM and database systems, and remote collaboration tools. I thrive in remote environments and bring a strong track record of keeping operations running smoothly with minimal oversight.
