At FSS Technologies, I support more than 150 employees as the initial HR contact while coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, benefits, employee records, compliance, and reporting.

I've also managed accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer billing operations, including 1,200+ customer accounts. I lead payment-priority discussions with executive leadership, reconcile bank and corporate card activity, resolve vendor and customer discrepancies, and support monthly close activities.

I contributed to acquisition integrations and ERP conversions across three and six office locations, helping align workflows, transition records, train users, test systems, and communicate operational requirements to software development teams.

Earlier roles in childcare, family preservation, youth services, and supervision strengthened my ability to support people, maintain accurate documentation, respond calmly in high-priority situations, and keep operations running smoothly.
