Kimberley Prince

I’m a commercially driven Managing Director with a track record of improving business performance, driving revenue growth, and leading operational change within a regulated manufacturing environment. I progressed rapidly from Regulatory Affairs to Managing Director, taking on increasing responsibility and delivering results.

As Managing Director (Feb 2025–Present), I oversee overall business strategy, operations, and commercial performance—strengthening cash flow and financial stability through cost control and improved operational planning. I deliver revenue growth and profitability through strategic and operational leadership, while holding full accountability for P&L, resource planning, and business performance. I also act as a senior point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships to support long-term retention.

In my Operations Director role (July 2024–Feb 2025), I led day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and consistent delivery. I improved operational processes and workflow planning to enhance productivity, managed resource planning, scheduling, and workload allocation, and strengthened cross-department coordination. I also oversaw HR responsibilities, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

Before that, I led regulatory compliance within a fragrance manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to UK/EU standards and managing product compliance, technical documentation, and regulatory submissions. As Company Secretary, I supported corporate governance and statutory obligations, while embedding Health & Safety and regulatory requirements into day-to-day processes. Earlier in my career, I developed strong diligence and client-handling foundations through conveyancing legal assistant work and customer service/financial services roles, and I’ve contributed as a volunteer with the Innocence Project and NEPACS.
