What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring reliable captioning/transcription accuracy and troubleshooting support to a team that values positive, warm-welcoming communication. I want a role where I can work hard, stay proactive, and meet deadlines with confidence.

I provide real-time closed captioning for the deaf-and-hard-of-hearing community, delivering subtitles for live/on-air programs and meetings using speech-to-text software. I scope transcripts for strong format and grammar, upload them on time, and clearly caption/transcribe accents while handling speak/input details like notes and sound effects.

With communications assistant experience and court reporting education in progress, I’m comfortable working under minimal supervision, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining VPN, and escalating problems to Realtime Technical Support when needed. I bring patient, proactive professionalism, excellent spelling/grammar, and a warm, welcoming customer/team experience.
