I'm looking for an operations, claims, or data-focused role where I can apply careful documentation review, regulatory interpretation, accurate recordkeeping, and high-touch customer support.

At MetLife, I manage disability claims from investigation through adjudication, reviewing medical documentation, verifying employer eligibility, and applying policy terms and state and federal regulations. I also explain benefit determinations clearly and keep case records accurate.
