I’m a guest-focused event coordinator with a strong customer service background and a real desire to grow in roles that help others. I bring prompt, professional support to guest inquiries and consistently work to build positive relationships through clear communication and follow-up.

In my current role as an Event Coordinator at The Grid, I serve as the primary point of contact for guests and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and satisfaction. I also handle invoicing and billing with attention to accuracy and detail, so operations stay organized and reliable.

Before this, I strengthened my hospitality and service skills as a Server & Hostess at Under Wraps Sushi—greeting and seating guests, answering menu questions, and offering personalized recommendations based on preferences. I also focused on creating a positive dining experience by encouraging guests to leave online reviews.

Earlier experience in lodging and event planning shaped how I work with responsibility and preparation. As a Housekeeper & Inspector, I assessed, cleaned, and restocked rental properties, documented damage with photo evidence, and assisted management with inspections; and as an Event Planner at Evermore Park, I planned and executed seasonal events while supervising staff and setting up themed environments.
