What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage dispatching and customer communication with accuracy, support document/email workflows, and contribute to clear rosters and reporting. I value steady processes, teamwork, and reliable follow-through.

I’m a Dispatcher based in Barbados, and I bring a mix of call-handling, document support, and insurance workflow experience. I currently dispatch and coordinate through ongoing response and wrecker-related work, and I’ve also supported legal and client communications through remote paralegal duties.

I’m at my best when communication is clear and details are handled correctly—whether that’s receiving and dispatching emergency calls, responding to emails, editing letters/quotations, or proofreading claim forms and preparing them for submission. I also support operations through rosters, weekly/monthly reporting for insurance companies, and strong administrative execution across payroll and accounts tasks like cheque and invoice preparation.
