I manage commercial insurance service requests and client coverage, billing, and claims inquiries for a high-volume portfolio as a Small Business Account Manager.
I handle endorsements, COIs, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy changes while keeping accurate policy and client records in agency and carrier systems.
Before that, I worked at Liberty Insurance building and maintaining a commercial lines book of business—marketing new business accounts to carriers, managing client files in TAMS, and serving as the liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
Earlier at Swanson Insurance Agency, I supported renewals and new business, gathered client data to generate proposals, and used Hawksoft to manage invoicing, audits, and client file maintenance.
