I’m looking to lead workplace/ethics investigations in global, matrixed organizations—partnering with Legal, HR, and Compliance to build defensible investigation programs, improve systemic controls, and deliver executive-grade outcomes.

I’m an Employment Law and Investigations in-house counsel with 11+ years of experience leading complex workplace, ethics, compliance, and misconduct investigations across India and the APAC region. I conduct end-to-end investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation, conflicts of interest, policy violations, and employee misconduct.

I lead investigations across multiple jurisdictions, independently managing cross-border matters across APAC, EMEA, and the Middle East within globally matrixed organizations. My approach emphasizes credibility assessment, evidence evaluation, and clear, objective, structured findings to support legally defensible outcomes.

I partner closely with Legal, HR, Ethics & Compliance, Finance, Internal Audit, Information Security, and external advisors to deliver coordinated results, identify systemic control gaps, and build scalable investigation programmes. I also provide executive-grade investigation report drafting and strategic briefings that inform evidence-based disciplinary and corrective action decisions.

In my current role, I manage and supervise a team of 3 investigators, chair oversight reviews, drive root cause analysis and systemic risk identification, and develop trend reporting for senior leadership to support prevention and remediation. I also contribute to investigation template development, training materials, and case management practices, while serving as an employment law adviser for complex terminations and labour law compliance.
