I manage Shopify product listings and e-commerce setup to create a seamless customer experience, and I research automation tools to streamline daily operations and boost productivity. I use ClickUp and HubSpot for task management, CRM, and internal communication, and I support HR processes like onboarding and offboarding to keep operations running smoothly.

Before this, as a Business Growth Associate at Zero Circular, I generated 50+ clients and sold 2+ tons of products through outreach campaigns via social media and cold calling, while using market research to guide sales strategy. Earlier, I led vendor onboarding and app campaign execution at Bask Solutions LLC, delivered user feedback to tech teams, and handled social media presence, client coordination, contract negotiation, and operational reporting at Skill Lab—always with a sustainability and innovation mindset.
