I also designed hierarchical RAG, vector search, source-cited deal briefs, and a two-tier Random Forest system for property investment-quality prediction.

I've deployed private Qwen inference on GPU infrastructure with Ollama, Docker, and CUDA, and built real-time voice agents using Whisper, Pipecat, Kokoro TTS, FastAPI, and WebRTC. I combine deterministic processing, LLM extraction, validation, fuzzy matching, and human review to make AI workflows dependable.
