At ODIO, I developed end-to-end AI pipelines for conversation intelligence and QA automation using Python, FastAPI, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, and cloud-based AI services. I built production-grade systems for meeting intelligence and enterprise knowledge retrieval, including an LLM-powered meeting intelligence flow with Gemini and LangGraph and an LLM-powered email QA auditing platform for SLA compliance, FCR, SOP adherence, and sentiment trends.

I also engineered scalable, event-driven workloads that asynchronously process 10,000+ conversation recordings per month. For speech analytics, I implemented pipelines using WhisperASR, Voice Activity Detection, FFmpeg, and speaker-level processing, and I delivered production RAG with Milvus, SentenceTransformers, and Gemini on VertexAI for context-aware retrieval and automated conversation auditing.
