The Flagship Email integration improved the end-to-end customer journey and launched the platform to 250,000 existing users and 1,000+ new customers.

I also built an AI-powered automation using Claude Code to streamline Agile sprint ceremonies, reducing manual effort across planning, reviews, and retrospectives. I coordinated product readiness for the Netherlands launch of SiteSweep.

Earlier, I owned banking product backlogs at Credit Suisse (via Wipro Technologies) and worked on financial systems at Infosys, JP Morgan Chase, and Tata Consultancy Services.
