Led end-to-end requirements engineering for digital payment and card journeys, translating business needs into prioritized backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partnered with Product Owners and architects to refine customer journeys and drive product routing rules changes.

Organized the development team and conducted agile ceremonies, gathered requirements from business and architects, and wrote interface specifications for API-based connectivity. Participated in risk-related meetings such as IT-RMP, DRA, and BIA.

Extracted, transformed, and loaded data into Marklogic Datawarehouse from T24 core banking system using Integration Framework. Performed data sizing exercises and loaded data in XML format on Authorized Reporting Mechanism.

Enabled debit cards for the Belgium branch of a large Dutch Bank, creating Bancontact/Mister Cash (BCMC) debit cards solution. Performed field-level mapping of legacy UCV/CEC message format to STET message format and designed account posting and reconciliation.

Directly recruited from college campus and moved across various departments to get complete understanding of the Product Related Services Group (PRSG). Developed as a Payments BA eventually.
