I developed a customer engagement model for approximately 20 million customers using more than 2,000 variables, projecting a 5% revenue uplift at scale. I also built a risk model for approximately 70 million customers using 3,000+ variables, projecting risk reduction and more than $2.2 million in incremental revenue.

I automate modeling workflows, including an AI-enabled roll-rate analysis adopted as a standard team workflow, reducing report effort by 30% and cutting a key modeling step from two days to five hours. Through Tableau dashboards, data-quality controls, model monitoring, A/B experiments, and 30+ customer profiling attributes, I improved sales-targeting accuracy by 28%.
