I'm looking to build scalable decision systems, customer insights products, and AI-assisted workflows where I can turn ambiguous business problems into measurable outcomes.

At HDFC Bank, I design ML-driven credit-risk decision systems and customer treatment strategies that contributed to INR 8Cr+ in quarterly recovery impact.

I turn customer behavior and operational data into practical action. I built experimentation frameworks that reduced outreach bounce rates by 8% and AI-assisted pipelines that analyzed 10,000+ customer conversations to uncover repayment intent and improvement opportunities.
