I’m looking for a role where I can own requirement gathering and process mapping for credit/consumer lending, build KPI dashboards and risk analytics, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in compliance, reporting speed, and decision-making.

I’m a Product Manager and Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in banking & financial services, specialising in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and credit risk strategy for consumer lending.

I’ve led end-to-end consulting engagements, translating complex business needs into actionable user stories, and supporting UAT and process mapping across cross-functional teams. I also bring strong stakeholder management, including C-suite level alignment, to keep delivery moving.

In my roles, I improved outcomes through data-driven delivery—building KPI dashboards and automated reporting frameworks with Power BI and SQL, and driving variance analysis, forecasting, and policy implementation support. I also contributed to regulatory reporting, auditor query resolution, and achieved 100% audit compliance in FY22.

From statistical models (regression, decision-tree, segmentation) to credit default and churn prediction, I focus on turning analytics into practical decision support.
