I've also tested SaaS platforms at Jungleworks and Empirical Solutions, including Jugnoo, MJ’s Flash, SUPA, i-Invoice, and Healthy Bazar. My work spans manual and API testing, functional, regression, smoke, responsive, and UI/UX testing, using JIRA, Trello, SQL, and cross-functional Agile collaboration.
