What I'm looking for

I’m looking to expand advanced 3D cell-culture systems for therapeutic and fundamental research, particularly retinal disease, organoid vascularisation, and tissue engineering, in academic, industrial, or start-up environments.

At the University of Lausanne, I engineered a double-reporter mouse embryonic stem cell line to trace retinal progenitors and photoreceptors, screened 200+ clones, and produced hundreds of mouse and human retinal organoids.

I use CRISPR/Cas9, pluripotent stem-cell culture, differentiation, and organoid analysis to advance translational ophthalmology. I’m looking to expand advanced 3D culture systems for retinal disease research, vascularisation, and tissue engineering in academic, industrial, or start-up settings.
