I’m a Product and Project Management professional with experience in planning, scheduling, team coordination, research & development, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration. I’m strong at turning organizational objectives into actionable project plans, while keeping stakeholders aligned and delivery on track.

In my role as Assistant Project Manager, I developed detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. I coordinated with cross-functional teams across support, marketing, and tech, and continuously monitored progress—adjusting schedules to ensure deliverables met quality standards.

I also lead strategy work that directly supports growth. I’ve driven brand positioning and customer segmentation, developed acquisition and retention strategies through customer profiling, defined USPs to support sales, and designed pricing strategies with periodic margin analysis. I control project and marketing budgets and partner with SCM on rolling forecasts and inventory planning.

Earlier, I built a solid execution foundation as a Business Analyst managing QA activities for Finance and e-commerce projects—creating and running manual test cases, logging defects in Jira, and generating reports after verification and retesting. I also contributed to research at IISc on DNA barcoding and genetic structure in amphibians of the Western Ghats, publishing peer-reviewed work.
