I am a passionate program officer with extensive experience in organizing educational and cultural programs, managing projects, and conducting research. Currently, I work at the B.P. Koirala India-Nepal Foundation, where I coordinate seminars and prepare comprehensive project reports. My role involves facilitating communication with various stakeholders and overseeing the logistical management of initiatives.

Previously, I served as a program officer at Initiative Nepal, where I was responsible for project development, budgeting, and community engagement. I have also worked as a research assistant, contributing to significant publications and managing field research. My academic background includes a PhD in Political Science, focusing on intergovernmental relations in Nepal's federal system, and I hold master's degrees in both Political Science and Anthropology.
