What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can learn, contribute to the team’s success, and support others in a collaborative environment focused on high standards.

At Genpact Malaysia, I perform accounts payable work, including invoice processing, and follow up on exceptions so they can be investigated and closed. I also work with requestors and finance colleagues on queries and process changes.

At IBM Malaysia, I processed invoices and claims, worked with the local sales team to resolve invoice issues, and maintained customer master data. I also prepared documentation and SOPs to support audit standards.
