I’m a results-driven Senior Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist with 13+ years of experience across accounts receivable, billing, collections, and revenue management in APAC and global markets. I’ve built deep expertise in end-to-end AR operations, e-invoicing portals, and ERP systems including D365, SAP, Xero, JDE, and Salesforce-supported workflows.

In shared service and multinational environments, I process high-volume billing—500+ invoices monthly across 6 APAC markets—and manage 100–200 client accounts while protecting billing accuracy through detailed reconciliation.
