In an AI Lead Qualification System, I used Make, Gemini, HubSpot, Gmail, and Calendar to score form submissions, create linked contacts and deals, send qualified replies, and reserve call slots. I also built a HubSpot deal-stage email automation using the Deals Search API after the native trigger proved unusable, manually parsing responses and resolving associated contacts.
