What I'm looking for

I seek senior project leadership roles in energy/industrial sectors where I can lead large CAPEX projects, drive execution excellence, mentor teams, and align stakeholders to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes.

I am an experienced project manager with over a decade leading large-scale energy and industrial projects, from development through commissioning, across oil, gas and e-fuels sectors. I have driven projects with CAPEX from €30M to €700M while maintaining operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

My strengths include cross-functional team leadership, contract negotiation, project control (cost, schedule, quality), risk and opportunity management, and securing regulatory approvals such as ICPE and SEVESO. I have led hierarchical and functional teams, authored procurement procedures, and implemented commissioning and start-up activities on complex sites.

I am pragmatic and results-focused, skilled at coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders and adapting execution strategies in high-stakes environments. I seek roles where I can apply my technical, commercial and leadership experience to deliver large capital projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
