I lead commissioning, transition, and handover work on EPC projects, from pre-commissioning and commissioning through start-up and operation, including tanks de-commissioning.
I’ve managed engineering, procurement, and transportation follow-up, led schedule shutdown preparation and reporting, and run audits and technical assistance across international subsidiaries. I also manage subcontractor and supplier selection and validation, and I implement decision-support and project procedure/report processes.
At RUBIS Energie and earlier roles, I supported local teams on fuel/LPG and aviation product quality activities, trained international and local teams, and applied QHSE policy aligned with ISO 9001. I’ve also built teams and strategies in commissioning roles, including managing engineers and technicians on multiple international projects.
