I am a Senior Planning Engineer and PMO Consultant with extensive remote experience across Europe and the Middle East, supporting renewable energy, infrastructure and digital transformation programs. I specialize in schedule structuring, critical path analysis, baseline management and project governance, delivering clear reporting and realistic schedules using Planisware, MS Project and Primavera.
I have led planning for multi-country portfolios including onshore wind, PV and BESS, contributed to large megaprojects and built governance, templates and training materials to improve schedule quality and decision-making.
