What I'm looking for

I seek roles in industrial operations or project management where I can lead reindustrialization, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and teams, and deliver ERP or NPI projects in collaborative, growth-focused environments.

I am a multidisciplinary engineer focused on industrial operations and project management, with hands-on experience leading facility reindustrialization and maintenance programs. I acted as industrialization project manager for complex relocations, created fully equipped workshops, reindustrialized production lines to improve capacity and quality, and managed OPEX (€700,000) and CAPEX (€4,000,000) budgets.

I have industrialized 12 home automation products across multiple ranges and led ERP configuration and implementation projects for manufacturing clients, including on-site needs analysis and user training. I am proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement and ISO-aligned processes.
