What I'm looking for

I'm prepared to relocate for an electrical engineering role where I can maintain industrial equipment, develop embedded control solutions, and apply my experience with automation, PLCs, sensors, and PCB design.

At Sigma Petroleum Services, I maintain generators, pumps, motors, control circuits, sensors, and pneumatic valves in the oil and gas sector. I also designed and programmed a PIC MCU-based control upgrade that reduced annual downtime by around 24 hours and improved the user interface.

Previously at Hoya Lens Canada and Coordinate Industries, I troubleshot automated production and aerospace electro-mechanical equipment, interpreted schematics, installed panel wiring, completed preventive maintenance, and supported quality audits under IPC Class 3 standards.

My B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick strengthened my circuit design, motor control, PCB design, and embedded programming skills. I also hold a Robotics Engineering Technician diploma from Algonquin College, where I built practical experience with PLCs, robotics, sensors, pneumatics, and industrial automation.

I enjoy designing deployable embedded solutions, including a BLE bio-signal acquisition module, an autonomous obstacle-avoiding wheelchair, and a PLC-controlled production line.
