I’m an Electrical Engineer experienced in electrical system management and project execution coordination, focused on optimizing workflow and enhancing safety compliance. I bring a methodical approach and solid work ethic to troubleshooting, installation, planning, and preventive maintenance in complex electrical and PLC automation environments.
In my current role as Shift Electrical and Automation Supervisor at Emsteel, I coordinate daily shift activities including troubleshooting electrical and automation systems. I also lead PM and CM activities across EAF/CCM/LRF and multiple plants, and I drive safety culture through toolbox talks, safety review checklist updates, and breakdown analysis with proper documentation and technician discussions.
Earlier, during greenfield and plant upgradation work at Sohar Steel (Oman) and other Indian facilities, I supported smooth commissioning and plant start-up for systems such as Electrical Arc Furnace, substations, drives/soft starters, overhead cranes, and associated electrical HT < works. I also performed PM/CM troubleshooting and, as an Automation Engineer, guided clients on VIPA PLC and ESA HMI software/hardware interfaces through testing, modifications, and live demonstrations.
