At ANSABank Limited, I support digital sales and customer service, contributing to branch targets by promoting and referring banking products. I also onboard customers from application through welcome email and card creation, and help clients access online banking.

In my current role, I update KYC and contact information and assist with operational requests, including audit requests and client queries. During my internships at ANSAMerchant Bank, I conducted market research on investment proposals and worked on Capital Markets worksheets and an investor pitch book.
