I’m a Software Development Engineer II at PeopleStrong Technology, where I build and operate high-impact backend systems for enterprise recruitment and onboarding. I focus on scalable workflows, reliable production delivery, and measurable performance gains.

In my current role, I designed approval workflows with configurable multi-level approvals, audit logs, and role-based access control. I also optimized candidate search using Apache Solr and Elasticsearch, cutting average query latency by 72% across 10M+ records, and built a high-scale PDF generation + e-signature pipeline processing 500K+ documents per month.

I’ve owned 200+ production issues across recruitment and onboarding modules, including Sev-1 incidents, achieving an average resolution TAT of 2 hours while maintaining high availability. I further improved performance by tuning 30+ high-latency APIs with caching, indexing, query tuning, and batch processing, monitored through ELK Stack and Grafana.

Earlier, I integrated Gen-AI-driven verification and document verification workflows (Aadhaar, PAN, Bank) to improve accuracy and turnaround time. I also developed bulk offer letter generation and contributed to a position management system adopted by 25+ enterprise clients, and I bring a continuous-learning mindset from competitive coding and mentoring interns.
