What I'm looking for

I’m looking for product, analytics, or operations roles where I can turn process gaps into reliable automation and data-driven solutions—especially in People Ops—working closely with stakeholders and improving how teams execute every day.

I sit at the intersection of technology and business operations, identifying where processes break down and building solutions to fix them. At Wildlife Studios, I’m the People team’s sole technical resource, scoping and delivering 5 concurrent automation and platform projects across Payroll, Benefits, TA, and HRBPs while interfacing with senior stakeholders.

Before that, I worked on operational dashboards at Brex, front-end tooling at BTG Pactual, and data infrastructure and NLP projects at Inteli. I’ve also become an informal reference for AI adoption across teams, helping colleagues think through problems before going to AI, not just use it. Currently, I build performance-cycle and people-analytics experiences, including AWS dashboards with Okta authentication, DocuSign API contract workflows, and LGPD-compliant data handling.
