I’m looking for a Senior Data Analyst role where I can own Power BI/Tableau KPI reporting and SQL/Python ETL, collaborate with clinical and business stakeholders, and apply predictive analytics to improve healthcare operations and resource planning.

I’m a Senior Data Analyst focused on turning operational and clinical data into executive KPI dashboards and data-backed recommendations. My work blends BI delivery with data quality, ETL pipeline design, and cross-functional collaboration—so leadership gets clarity they can act on.

In my current role supporting a U.S. federal healthcare program (VA Medical Disability Examinations, in partnership with Deloitte), I lead KPI and ROI analytics for VA programs, including performance tracking and resource-allocation recommendations. I designed and deployed the program’s data warehouse on Microsoft Fabric, integrating disparate sources into unified dataflows and building automated ETL pipelines that reduced manual data aggregation time by 40%.
