What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own IT service delivery, strengthen ITSM governance with measurable SLAs and KPIs, and partner with technical and business teams to improve operational stability, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvements.

I’m a Service Delivery Manager with over 4 years of experience across technology and operations environments, focused on service management, operational governance, SLAs, KPIs, and enterprise client relationships. I coordinate cross-functional teams to manage incidents and escalations, mitigate risks, and drive continuous process improvement. I’m also the bridge between technical teams, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery predictability and customer satisfaction.

In my recent role at Draiver, I served as the primary point of contact for international clients, managed service performance metrics and management reports, and coordinated operations, support, and product teams to maintain SLA compliance. Previously at Stefanini IT Solutions, I led delivery of IT services and technology projects for enterprise clients in critical and regulated environments, managed SLAs and service governance, and applied Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) to improve delivery efficiency and reduce lead times.
