At Beneficio de Café Montecristo (BECAMO), I manage purchases of supplies and maintenance materials and handle RFQs and purchase orders. I created and implemented an internal ERP to automate purchasing documents, invoice posting, and compliance workflows.
I also developed a supplier information system that feeds a centralized ERP database, and implemented automated workflows for collecting quotations and validating certification documents. Earlier, at Corporación Flores, I was responsible for automating the digitization of physical enrollment files.
