What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead public-sector initiatives in finance, governance, and compliance—strengthening procurement, risk management, transparency, and operational continuity—while contributing through training and university-level knowledge sharing.

I’m a Public Administration, Finance, and Institutional Management Specialist with a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance) and over 20 years in the public sector, leading executive administrative management, governance, and strategic coordination.

As Deputy Manager of Material Resources and General Services at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation (SIT), I formulated and directed procurement, national assets, warehousing, and general services to ensure operational continuity. I manage public procurement planning through the Annual Procurement Plan (PACC), supervise budgetary administration in SIAFI, and track payments to optimize financial flows with suppliers.

Previously, as a Technical Specialist in the Directorate of Probity and Ethics at the Superior Court of Accounts (TSC), I strengthened integrity, ethics, and transparency through tools, manuals, and internal controls aligned with TSC regulations and ONADICI. I also lead cross-disciplinary coordination, develop risk-mitigation proposals, and continue to share expertise as a university lecturer at UPNFM—designing competency-based learning with virtual environments like Moodle and Teams.
