What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a project or operations coordination role where I can strengthen project delivery through clear reporting, KPI tracking, stakeholder communication, risk management, and process improvement.

At Bcube Technology Services, I coordinate IT and operations initiatives by tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, and Integrated Business Planning objectives. I also consolidate Excel data for KPI reporting across cost savings, lead time, and quality metrics.

Previously, I supported project managers at Abcom Distribution with plans, schedules, budgets, documentation, client reporting, invoicing, procurement, and accounts receivable follow-up. At York Furnishing Textiles, I managed sales orders, quotations, invoices, customer accounts, and issue resolution while reducing outstanding debt and DSO.

I bring over nine years of experience across IT, distribution, manufacturing, sales operations, and customer support, using project documentation, dashboards, ERP systems, and AI productivity tools to make workflows clearer and more efficient.
