At Sumaco Manpower Recruitment, I coordinated five major client contracts and supported AED 65 million in projects through planning, performance reporting, manpower costing, tender pricing, invoicing coordination, and SAP ERP purchase and service order processing. I also developed KPI reports and management dashboards, coordinated four ISO surveillance audits, and supported workforce planning and mobilization for more than 500 employees.

More recently, I assessed operational processes at Partena Professional, turning stakeholder interviews into improvement proposals and management insights. With Hawkeye Innovation, I supported high-profile UEFA and FIFA competitions through VAR system readiness checks and live operational monitoring.
