At Sulzer India Chemtech, I’ve engineered detailed piping layouts for high-pressure oil and gas separation systems in line with international standards. I also developed sheet metal components for industrial applications and supported complex separation column design for high-capacity projects, including work connected to the Net Zero Teesside (NZT) Power initiative.
Earlier, I designed Special Purpose Machines and sheet metal products from concept to final design, including stress analysis for structural integrity and manufacturability. I’ve driven process and quality improvements by applying DFMEA, developing powder coating and fabrication processes, and delivering measurable results such as fixtures that reduced fabrication cycle time by 18% and improved quality by 24%.
