I’m a Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in mechanical design, structural analysis, and Australian Standards–based compliance. I work across conveyors, lifting systems, pressure vessels, and distillation plant piping, combining engineering calculations, drawings, P&IDs, and certification support with practical manufacturing insight.
In my current role as Design Engineer / Team Lead at CSA Engineering Services, I support Australian certification projects by preparing certification drawings, technical reports, and compliance documentation. I execute structural and compliance analysis aligned with Australian Standards (including AS 1735, AS 1657, AS 1170, AS 4100) and coordinate with Australian teams and Chinese manufacturers to resolve design, compliance, and manufacturability issues—supported by overseas factory inspections in China.
Previously at Nilkamal Control System Pvt Ltd, I designed durable, safety-focused mechanical structures and enclosures for control panels, partnering with electrical teams to improve space utilization. Earlier at G.G. Engineering Works, I developed conveyor systems from concept to prototyping and testing, led 5+ new conveyor designs to production under tight deadlines, and used DFM principles to achieve a 20% reduction in production time—supported by FEA and CFD for prototype validation.
