At L&T Technology Services, I design and develop completion tools for oil and gas applications, including packers, sand control products, liner hangers, and subsurface flow control tools. My work follows API 11D1 and API 19LH standards.
I translate customer requirements and technical specifications into product design packages, and create 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, check layouts, and BOMs. I also carry out feasibility studies, verification, validation, compatibility assessments, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
Previously, at IDEX INDIA PVT LTD, I designed and developed industrial pumps and API-compliant valves, supporting work from concept through manufacturability, prototyping, testing, and validation. I also prepared engineering documentation and supported product improvement and value engineering.
Across my earlier mechanical design roles, I worked on API 6A wellhead and pressure control components, valves, and customized special purpose machines. I’ve also developed engineering calculations and technical documentation, and contributed to drawing standards and design reviews.
