What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote customer service role where I can provide high-quality support, manage bookings and queries, use strong electronic communication, and help customers feel satisfied.

I'm currently supporting customers and managing bookings at Blenheim Palace, resolving queries and delivering service by phone and email.

Previously, I provided English-Italian interpretation and document translation for Lighthouse church events, sermons, and meetings. I also developed a bilingual glossary of common religious terms to support consistent communication.

My retail and hospitality experience includes Bubble Ci Tea and Oliver Bonas, where I prepared drinks, supported sales, helped customers find products, and maintained welcoming, well-organised environments.
