What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in HRIS, HR reporting, and analytics roles where I can improve data quality, support compliant payroll and HR processes, contribute to system enhancements, and work closely with stakeholders.

I'm currently supporting HR operations at MultiChoice, a Canal+ company, where I manage monthly payroll processes, produce HR reports, cleanse and validate employee data, and support Core HR audits.

I've contributed to cross-regional HR data migration and led employee-record validation for the Priority 1 project, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues to protect data accuracy and system integrity.

At Motus Head Office, I administered Sage 300 People and supported payroll, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, ESS setup, reporting, training, and system issue resolution. I also identified optimisation opportunities and supported feature implementation.

My foundation includes end-to-end HRIS support at Motus Retail Head Office, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics, advanced Microsoft Excel training, and introductory South African labour law training.
