I’m an AI implementation and governance analyst with 20+ years of experience supporting regulated, safety-critical aviation operations and translating applied AI solution designs into practical delivery plans.
I bring a strong governance mindset—building human-in-the-loop workflows, documenting risks and controls, and aligning requirements, data quality, and evaluation planning so AI decisions can be reviewed and improved.
In recent AI strategy and governance work, I designed an Eligibility Copilot concept: mapping business objectives and user workflows, defining data needs and decision points, and creating governance intake forms, risk-review templates, escalation pathways, and lifecycle checkpoints.
I also prototype with no-code/low-code tools and develop governance and evaluation artifacts (including dashboards in Excel and Power BI), partnering with nontechnical stakeholders to turn needs, process gaps, and governance considerations into actionable implementation recommendations.
