I’m looking to lead AI product teams where governance is built into delivery—operationalizing NIST/ISO, designing guardrails as code, and shipping privacy-first, Human-in-the-Loop solutions that scale for enterprise risk.

I’m an AIGP-certified Senior AI Product Manager & Governance Strategist who bridges aggressive AI innovation with rigorous safety compliance. I’ve led AI product strategy and execution supporting $100M+ enterprise revenue across Microsoft and Nuance.

My specialty is operationalizing NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001 into the SDLC so teams can unblock high-risk AI deployments. I translate governance into practical product work—roadmaps, requirements, and delivery—so compliance becomes an enabler, not a blocker.

I architect “Guardrails as Code” blending technical RAG architectures, Human-in-the-Loop workflows, and Agile delivery to ship compliant, scalable AI. I’ve delivered privacy-first solutions and governance artifacts like privacy architecture specs, model cards, and Trust-by-Design data flow diagrams.

Most recently, I’m building AI-powered workplace grief support tools with privacy-first design, crisis detection, and HITL escalation for high-sensitivity interactions. Earlier roles included Nina Coach for Human-in-the-Loop routing, plus analytics and consumer research product leadership that improved retention, NPS, and delivery velocity.
