Jeremy Angelo
@jeremyangelo
AI Governance & Responsible AI director building compliant, secure enterprise AI.
What I'm looking for
I’m an AI Governance and Responsible AI executive with 15+ years steering enterprise AI programs in regulated environments. I build and operationalize governance frameworks that translate dense regulatory mandates into scalable, business-aligned controls.
Most recently, I architected enterprise AI governance strategy for GenAI and advanced analytics, enabling secure production deployment of 50+ AI use cases. I designed a Responsible AI control suite (bias mitigation, hallucination reduction, prompt injection defense) and governed Azure OpenAI end-to-end with RBAC, Managed Identity, and Key Vault. I also built real-time governance dashboards and KPIs to track AI usage, compliance maturity, and risk trends—giving leadership visibility that previously required manual quarterly reporting.
Earlier leadership roles included directing platform modernization and digital transformation initiatives to eliminate recurring production defects and accelerate release velocity. I aligned governance operating models and platform controls to NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, GDPR, and FISMA, and I led enterprise architecture and migration work for 1,000+ users, strengthening data stewardship, release management, and audit readiness.
Across multiple organizations, I’ve built Responsible AI functions from the ground up and delivered transformation portfolios on time and in compliance. My approach is consistent: accelerate adoption without increasing risk by pairing executive stakeholder advisory with practical, measurable governance.
