At Pfizer / Seagen, I implemented Moveworks as an enterprise AI agent and single conversational channel for employees. It reduced Service Desk ticket volume by 45% while supporting knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and self-healing remediation.
Across my roles, I’ve led IT operations, service management, and end-user support in regulated environments. I’ve also grown a global Workplace Technology organization from approximately 12 to more than 250 team members and delivered operational improvements including 99% customer satisfaction and a 75% reduction in incident backlog.
