What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build further hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments, particularly in IT support, systems operations, network administration, and practical business-system solutions.

At Petroda Zambia Limited, I designed and maintain centralised employee master-data and contract tracking systems supporting more than 500 employees.

I create structured data views, expiry tracking, historical contract records, and monthly validation processes that help HR maintain accurate workforce information and act on renewals.

I also built and maintain an Excel-based uniform and safety-wear inventory system, tracking stock received, issued, and remaining across multiple categories.

Alongside business systems work, I provide first-line IT support for computers, printers, software, and connectivity issues, using practical troubleshooting across Windows, hardware, and basic networks.
