I'm seeking opportunities across diverse fields where I can apply technical expertise, workforce management experience, and customer service skills while learning new industries and contributing to organizational success.

At Five9 Philippines, I administer the Five9 Virtual Contact Center platform, configure IVR workflows, and troubleshoot softphone, SFTP, connector, and list-update issues.

I've supported seamless contact center operations by resolving technical issues and maintaining reliable system workflows.

Previously at Sitel Philippines, I progressed from Technical Support Representative to Workforce Real-Time Analyst and Senior Workforce Coordinator. I monitored queues, balanced staffing, coordinated scheduling strategies, and escalated staffing concerns to help meet service-level agreements.

I also bring customer service, sales promotion, and inventory management experience, along with an Information Technology education and a willingness to contribute across diverse fields.
